Most likely Big Sean already knew what beats he was going to rap on and just messed up so switching beats didn’t matter.
@@imeaniguess.6963the best switch changed his momentum, that’s why he should have let Sean rap until he was fully done.
@@QUiNTiNBANKS What I’m saying is the beats they’re rappin on isn’t a surprise to them, they’re spitting written. So when he starts messing up, and talking he needed the save anyways, this isn’t the first time. I think only one time did he ruined the momentum, and bpm he switched it to was way off.

@@QUiNTiNBANKS Yeah, 2:56 is what I mean. He started messing up on a written. The DJ saved him, it wouldn’t be good marketing for a rapper to look likes he hasn’t mastered his craft when all other rappers are spitting song full songs without stopping. Besides that he knew the switch was coming, and since he messed up probably just missed his timing. If he would’ve played the same beat Sean would’ve corrected his part then ran out of material and ACTUALLY had to rap off the top of his head. I like Big Sean, but it’s a little unprofessional to not remember your written s when attempting to present them. Look at La leakers with J. Cole, he messes up and then just quits lol. There’s only a few artist that will legitimately freestyle like Chris Rivers, Lupe Fiasco and King Los, you can definitely tell the difference.
